This service can be used not only by women but also by their husbands or boy friends, who can register their beloved ones after finding out the necessary details.
You will have to fill in a form. Please fill in each field correctly. Remember that the calculations of the Planner depend on the information you give.
Registration.
First of all you have to register by filling your information in the form. Be attentive and fill in each field of the form, the Planner calculations depend on the information you give.
You will have to give the following information:
- your secret question and your secret answer - to recover a forgotten password;
- maximum cycle length - enter the number of days of the maximum menstrual cycle length you have had during the last year;
- minimal cycle length - enter the number of days of the minimum menstrual cycle length you had during the last year;
- usual cycle length - enter the number of days of a usual menstrual cycle length you had during the last year;
- the first day of the last menstrual period - enter a date when the last menstrual cycle began.
Note! Menstrual cycle is a period of time from the first day of one menstrual cycle till the first day of the next menstrual cycle!
For instance if the previous cycle began on January 1 and the next cycle - on January 29 this means your menstrual cycle is 28 days!
If you have regular menstrual cycles your maximum, minimum and usual menstrual cycle length may coincide.
Remember, if you have irregular menstrual cycles or you were pregnant less than one year ago the method might be inefficient!
What do I do next?
After registration you will have to enter the system using your login name and password and calculate your cycle (this will be done automatically). The program will calculate 12 cycles ahead. You will know for each cycle - the first day of the most favorable conception period, the last day of the favorable conception period, and also the suggested first day of the next menstrual cycle.
During the period between the first and the last days of the favorable conception time chances of getting pregnant increase to maximum!
All the information will be organized in a table form. The dates of the next cycle will be found in the first line of the table.
Below the table you will find explanations of its fields and also current information concerning your subscription (you are subscribed automatically). You can change the subscription status (block or unblock it).
The reminding message is sent the day before the beginning of the favorable conception period, continues daily until the last day of the favorable conception period. You will receive the next information the day before the beginning of the favorable conception period of the next cycle. It will continue this way during the next 12 cycles. Then you will have to enter the system again, make changes in your register information if necessary and calculate the cycle again.
Receiving the information to a mobile phone.
Instead of your e-mail you can enter your mobile phone number if your phone and the network operator support email receipt. You can consult your network operator about information you should enter instead of your e-mail address (the phone number is not enough!).
Note! If you are not sure what you should do, we do not recommend you to use this feature. In case you forget your password you will not be able to recover it!
Other features.
You can always change the registration information or delete the form.
Note! If you fields "maximum cycle length", "minimum cycle length", "usual cycle length" or "the first day of the last menstrual period" you will have to re-calculate the cycle! Otherwise the changes you have made will not be valid!
