Malfunctions and troubleshooting

Upon entering my login and password I am still not allowed to log in...

Please be attentive while registering. In the fields "login" and "password" only letters and figures are allowed. Do not use the symbols such as comma, dot, quotes etc. Otherwise the system will not permit you to log in or may work incorrectly.

I have entered only letters and figures in my login and my password; but still the system does not permit me to log in or the message "try again" is appeared...

Please note that login details are case sensitive. The words "Login", "login" and "lOgiN" are different words. As you entered at your registration, the same you have to enter to login into this system.

Your scheduler calculates somehow in a strange way...

As it is defined in the system description, the scheduler principle, based on the calendar method, suits only those, who had more or less regular menstrual cycle during last year. For example, if the difference between the maximum and minimum menstrual cycle duration makes no more than 4-6 days. The less difference, the more precise forecast. It is absolutely clear that if the maximum, minimum and stable duration for last year was 60, 30 and 40 days accordingly (sometimes it does happen), any exact forecasts cannot be expected. Also please be aware that you do not have to enter period duration (4-5-6 days), but the whole menstrual cycle duration.

I had indicated my mobile phone number for subscribing instead of email, but nothing came in...

The scheduler is able to send all information either to your email, or to your mobile phone number. If you wish to receive SMS reminders on your mobile phone, it is not enough to enter only a phone number. You should enter the phone number in the format of email, as follows:

telephone_number@your_operator.com

How it is supposed to look personally for you, you can find out at your mobile operator.

We have done! I am pregnant! I would like to deactivate the subscription. How to do it?

Log in, having entered your account name and your password. Press a bottom button "Subscription". Select “Deactivate” in "Subscribe Status". Your Subscription is deactivated. If you would like to activate it again (and receive notices from the scheduler), you will have to do all these actions again, but select "Active" in "Subscription Status".
